Los Angeles based trainer, Octavio Pozos is a professional group exercise instructor and personal trainer who has found great satisfaction in helping others improve their bodies. Octavio has spent the last twenty years working at top of the line gyms teaching cardio classes as well as Yoga and Pilates. He also works with clients one on one.
